Job Description

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of residential projects. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays, escalating to the Senior Project Manager as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Support the coordination of project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in the residential sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar tools).
  • A proactive approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and relevant regulations is a plus.
