The Project Quantity Surveyor role is based in our state-of-the-art Head Office in Maynooth, with an open plan office, collaborative workspaces, subsidised canteen, and EV charging points.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct Quantity Surveying duties, including measurement, procurement, cost monitoring, cost control, reporting and final account management

* Assist in subcontractor package procurement and MEAT analysis

* Regularly attend site, ensuring sufficient records of progress are taken and adequately documented

* Produce information for cash flow forecasting, monthly valuations and subcontract liabilities reports

Requirements:

* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying with postgraduate experience

* Strong technical construction knowledge, preferably in residential construction

* Excellent negotiation, organisational and time management skills

* Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
