Junior Quantity Surveyor Location:
Cork, Ireland We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cork.
This role involves pricing window projects that range from large industrial and commercial projects to smaller domestic installations such as skylights and windows for individual homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pricing a variety of window projects, ensuring competitive and profitable bids. Handling diverse projects, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our multi-faceted business model. Managing workloads that can vary, with periods of high activity and quieter times.
Requirements:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Strong attention to detail and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of project sizes and complexities. A proactive and driven attitude.
