Junior Quantity Surveyor
Join a leading building and civil engineering contractor in Dublin. Assist in cost estimates, procure suppliers, and monitor project costs. Strong analytical and mathematical skills required.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in accurate cost estimates and budgets
* Contribute to procurement process by obtaining and analysing quotations
* Collaborate with project teams to monitor costs
* Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders
* Perform regular site visits
* Prepare accurate and timely progress reports
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Familiarity with construction contracts and legislation
* Proficient in MS Excel and project management tools
* Eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic construction environment
