Job Description The company are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This role offers a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and gain valuable experience in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents. Conduct cost analysis and assist in estimating project costs. Assist in the measurement and valuation of work. Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors and project managers to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Keep accurate records of financial transactions and contracts. Assist in resolving disputes and claims. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in quantity surveying or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant quantity surveying software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative.
