Job Description
We are seeking a Junior/Trainee QS to assist with estimating and project administration in a busy Civil Engineering & Construction Company. The ideal candidate will be based in Foxford and have a strong attention to detail, be willing to learn and possess basic computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with project pricing and completing pre-qualification documents
- Checking e-tenders and supply gov for new project opportunities
- Raising backup documents for submittal with invoices
- Updating project progress and communicating with project teams
- Compiling safety folders and updating training records
- Performing ad-hoc project and office administration tasks
