Junior Quantity Surveyor | M&E | Dublin€40-€50k per annum (DOE)Junior Quantity Surveyor for a leading M&E Contractor based in Damastown, Dublin. The successful candidate will join the QS team, supporting the construction team and Senior Quantity Surveyors on all functions including:Working directly with Contract Managers to advise on the commercial status of projects.Assisting in the review of all project contracts.Assisting the Senior QS with the preparation of Commercial Reports.Negotiating with contractors across all projects, including preparation of variations.Managing major subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations, and final account.Assisting the Senior QS with monthly progress applications.All other duties associated with this role.Requirements:Relevant third-level qualifications are an advantage but not essential.Previous experience in a similar role.Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.Excellent IT skills.Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.To apply, reach out to Matthew at matthew.walsh@icds.ie or on LinkedIn at Matthew Walsh's LinkedIn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
