Junior Radio Engineer – Telecommunications / Radio Spectrum Our clients are looking for a Telecoms Engineer to join their team and report to Projects and Licensing Unit’s line manager. This will be a varied and interesting role. The Role: Role and Responsibilities: The engineer will be required to technically assess applications for Fixed Service radio link licences, and actively engage with staff from the Projects & Licensing Unit and external stakeholders. The role is for a period of just 12 months. The Person: A third-level honours degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Physics, or similar discipline. Knowledge of radiocommunication systems and radio frequency propagation. 6 months of professional work experience, ideally in the communications sector. Experience with ATDI/ICS telecoms network planning tool or similar network planning tools. Good understanding of the telecommunications market in Ireland. A proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking techniques to solving problems quickly and effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
