We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Killarney, County Kerry. This is an ideal opportunity for early career development and continued support to gain a degree in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to match candidates to job opportunities
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements
- Participate in client meetings to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Assist in onboarding new hires and providing administrative support as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer-facing position
- Minimum of leaving certificate
- Strong IT, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A desire to progress in a career in recruitment
