Job Description

Marlin operates a premium collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin. As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a driven Junior Revenue Analyst to enhance our financial performance. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for working with data. Key Responsibilities Gain full knowledge of all rates, (standard, negotiated and promotional etc.), room types, overall company product and our primary competition. Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports. Monitor and reconcile revenue streams to ensure accuracy and completeness. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Support the development of forecasting models and revenue projections. Assist the Reservations department with rates and any systems related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights on revenue-related issues. Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform special projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial principles and revenue recognition. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
