Junior Sales Executive (Outbound Sales) Location: Dublin (Onsite) The Company: Our client is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic and energetic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart or develop their sales career in a supportive, fast-paced outbound sales environment. The role requires an outgoing, enthusiastic, and driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving results. We are looking for a strong team player who can work with our Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure new clients receive excellent service and are encouraged to order from us again. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, presenting and promoting our products or services. Work with our Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure new clients receive excellent service and are encouraged to order from us again. Resolve any queries or complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Effectively handle objections and close sales in a confident and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our system. Continuously update product knowledge to improve sales pitch and customer engagement. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance. Qualifications & Skills: Outgoing and energetic personality with the confidence to engage potential customers. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and influence. Eager to learn and grow within a professional sales environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A team player who is willing to contribute and collaborate with colleagues.
