Job Description
Securitas Technology Ireland is recruiting for a Junior Site Supervisor based in the Dublin region. Reporting to the Site Supervisors, the Jnr Site Supervisor will oversee and take responsibility for the support of the successful rollout of security projects across the Ireland region.
This role will sit as part of the Irish Securitas Technologies team and requires the successful incumbent to report at a local level, providing best-in-class project services. The Junior Site Supervisor will support multiple project teams throughout the Ireland Region to ensure that contracts are completed on programme and on budget to the desired specification.
**Key Responsibilities:** • Support project teams to ensure contracts are completed on time and within budget • Support project compliance with company and current health & safety legislation • Manage and assess subcontractors' quality of work and their ability to maintain scope programme • Manage programme risk and experience of early interaction with design teams to ensure design deliverable dates and details are achieved • Maintain excellent relationships with the management team, subcontractors, and clients • Take a proactive role in the pre-sales and pre-bid process • Support the S&OP process • Plan and schedule works • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing • IT fluency and familiar with MS packages and MS Project (or similar scheduling packages) • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and represent the Projects function during relevant meetings
**Requirements:** • One year's experience in a construction-related field with a recognised construction main contractor/sub-contractor • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with the confidence to influence key stakeholders to drive the Installation strategy forward • Electrical/electronic background is highly desirable • Driving License is required
