Securitas Technology Ireland are currently recruiting for a Junior Site Supervisor based in the Dublin region. Role Purpose: Reporting to the Site Supervisors the Jnr Site Supervisor oversees and takes responsibility for the support of the successful role out of security projects across the Ireland region. This role will sit as part of the Irish Securitas Technologies team and requires the successful incumbent to report a local level providing a best-in-class project services. Specific Knowledge Experience in site projects (value up to €10 million) from design stage to completion Candidates must be capable of supporting security project site activities. Experience: One years experience in a construction related field with a recognised construction main contractor/sub-contractor Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with the confidence to influence key stakeholders to drive the Installation strategy forward An electrical/electronic background is highly desirable Driving License is required Responsibilities: Support multiple project teams throughout Ireland Region to ensure that contracts are completed on programme and on budget to the desired specification Support the project compliance of company and current health & safety legislation Supporting the project management & control of contract costs & variations with regular reporting of cost projections & status to the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Finance Controller Support the Management & assessment of subcontractors quality of work & their ability to maintain scope programme Support Management of programme risk & experience of early interaction with design teams to ensure design deliverable dates & details are achieved Maintain an excellent relationship with the management team, subcontractors, and clients Take a proactive role in the pre-sales and pre-bid process Support Key the S&OP process Support Planning/scheduling of works Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing IT fluency and familiar with MS packages and MS Project (or similar scheduling packages) Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and represent the Projects function during relevant meetings Partner with HR and all people related projects, commit to the ongoing success of the quarterly and year end performance review (OPR) process to drive the business agenda and proactively live the Securitas Technologiesvalues Benefits: Full-time contract of employment Company Vehicle Opportunities for progression Sick pay scheme Pension scheme Christmas savings scheme Bicycle to work scheme Group Scheme (Discounted Website) VHI 25 days holidays per year SIPTU Representation Rights Substantial Maternity Leave top up payment Securitas is an equal opportunities Employer ?P.S.A.
