Requirements: Have a natural ability to build and develop relationships. Possess excellent communication skills & be fluent in English. Based in Dublin/willing to relocate. Have the ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive outlook. Skills/Experience: Third level degree is beneficial. 2 years’ experience in relevant roles (sales, retail management, luxury retail, store manager, customer retention, brand manager). Experience dealing with targets, KPIs, and deadlines. Possess competitiveness and resilience, coupled with genuine motivation for success. Salary / Benefits: Basic Salary depending on experience + uncapped commission Year 1 total earnings EUR 43K Year 2 OTE EUR 65K Company-paid ski trip. City Centre location.
