Requirements:
- Natural ability to build and develop relationships
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Based in Dublin or willing to relocate
- Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive outlook
Desirable skills and experience:
- Third-level degree
- 2 years' experience in relevant roles (sales, retail management, luxury retail, customer retention, brand management)
- Experience dealing with targets, KPIs, and deadlines
- Competitiveness and resilience, coupled with genuine motivation for success
Benefits:
