Requirements:
- Have a natural ability to build and develop relationships.
- Possess excellent communication skills & be fluent in English.
- Based in Dublin/willing to relocate.
- Have the ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive outlook.
Skills/Experience:
- Third level degree is beneficial.
- 2 years' experience in relevant roles (sales, retail management, luxury retail, store manager, customer retention, brand manager).
- Experience dealing with targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Possess competitiveness and resilience, coupled with genuine motivation for success.
Salary / Benefits:
- Basic Salary depending on experience + uncapped commission
- Year 1 total earnings EUR 43 K
- Year 2 OTE EUR 65 K
