Seeking a Systems Administrator to contribute to the management and maintenance of a company's IT infrastructure in Dublin 1, with a focus on academic and membership transactions, data accuracy, and system support.
This role is ideal for a junior candidate with experience in administrating and supporting end-user applications, looking to develop their career in a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process academic and membership transactions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records.
- Identify and implement data improvement initiatives.
- Configure systems to meet academic, CPD, and membership requirements.
- Support the testing and implementation of system changes.
- Perform root cause analysis on system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to staff both onsite and remotely.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Experience in administrating and supporting end-user applications.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Desirable: Degree in IT or related discipline or professional experience in a related field.
