Junior Technical Product Owner at Companjon
Companjon is seeking a motivated Junior Technical Product Owner to support the technical development and implementation of insurance solutions in our core insurance platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical onboarding and lifecycle management of business partners
- Collaborate with Solution Managers to provide technical insights and support
- Support the development and configuration of insurance products within our core insurance system
- Elicit, analyze, and communicate technical requirements for insurance solutions
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to coordinate testing and validation
- Provide support for production troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Actively support and implement changes and improvements for products under responsibility
- Represent technical solutions to distribution partners
- Coordinate with technology partners to implement new features and solutions
- Manage technical documentation for partner-facing and internal applications and APIs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, tech project management, or software architecture
- Experience in modern web development (frontend/backend) and Java-based backend architecture patterns
- Experience in working in agile teams
- Experience in SaaS technology management, including API management, versioning, and documentation
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into IT requirements
- Fluency in English, other European languages a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Master's degree a plus
