Job Description

Key Account Executive Location: Citywest Hybrid: 3 days per week in office We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join the United Drug Distribution Key Account Management Team. This person needs to be proactive and a self-starter to work in a dynamic business unit. They will need to have analytical & methodical skills to help the company achieve business goals. Excellent technical and communication skills are essential in order to generate accurate data and access information from various data sources, both structured and non-structured. The successful candidate will have experience in a role involving detailed analysis and manipulation of data to produce meaningful reports to support performance visibility and business priorities with the capability of managing multiple complex projects and clients at one time. They must have a proven track record of working effectively in a rapidly changing environment to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Key Account Management team ensuring that all reporting requirements are achieved in a time-efficient and accurate fashion. Manage customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, and/or in person. Take ownership in ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely fashion through escalation where and when required. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure that agreed service levels are maintained. Database management for client contracts and associated documentation. Administration of SAP processes. Support Customer Service team with queries. Take full ownership and management of a number of principal accounts. Key Experience / Skills / Education: At least 2 - 3 years’ experience working in an active business environment. Ability to analyze high volume of data and clearly communicate the results to the commercial team. Well-developed PC skills and proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Dynamic and proactive person, 'can-do' attitude. Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to think outside the box. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Highly driven and motivated. Skilled at developing good relationships with clients and internal customers. Team player. Experience in SAP Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence (tools & process) is desirable.
