As a member of this exclusive team, you will contribute in providing 1st and 2nd line support, conducting comprehensive triage, and managing Incidents and Service Requests in alignment with agreed service level targets.

Manage a diverse range of Key Account processes and activities, taking ownership and driving solutions and improvements.Generate comprehensive billing reports using Excel and other financial tools to provide insights into billing trends, payment statuses, and discrepancies.
