Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customer commercial departments.
  • Maintain and utilise customer portals to produce, track and analyse sales reports and trends.
  • Research market trends, conduct competitor analysis and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing department with strategies for trade shows.
  • Evaluate and interpret the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience in a relevant role ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficient in collating and analysing commercial sales and market data within the FMCG sector.
  • Competent with MS Office, Adobe suite and/or Canva.
  • Full driver's license and own car.
