Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customer commercial departments.
- Maintain and utilise customer portals to produce, track and analyse sales reports and trends.
- Research market trends, conduct competitor analysis and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Support the Sales & Marketing department with strategies for trade shows.
- Evaluate and interpret the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
- Experience in a relevant role ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proficient in collating and analysing commercial sales and market data within the FMCG sector.
- Competent with MS Office, Adobe suite and/or Canva.
- Full driver's license and own car.
