Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join a successful FMCG in Negotiable salary & benefits on offer to the successful candidate. As Key Account Manager, you will own and drive their retail business, by building excellent relationships with their current and future customers. Responsibilities: Work closely with your assigned Accounts to understand opportunities, spending time in stores to meet people and seek insight that can help us add real value. Understand the market and the customers needs and guide activity. Own the promotional planning cycles internally for your Customers, providing ideas & insight to deliver sales & market share growth, including great forecasting & post promotional analysis. Communicating and implementing plans and managing day-to-day issues as they arise. Supporting the negotiation of longer-term deals & joint business plans. Prepare for reviews of trading and brand performance with customers regularly, taking action as agreed, and documenting all outcomes and actions. Requirements: At least 3 years of previous direct selling and negotiation experience, ideally within FMCG & preferably in Fresh Produce.
