Location: 1-2 days per week in Co. Kildare Company Overview: Our client, a prominent family-owned company established in 1966, is Irelands leading supplier of traffic-related safety equipment. They are renowned for their reliable and high-quality products, serving a diverse range of sectors, including construction, facilities management, educational institutions, government bodies, and county councils across Ireland. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our clients expanding team. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with a strong passion for sales and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and leading strategic initiatives to ensure long-term client satisfaction and business success. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, focusing on expanding within the Local Authority and Warehouse sectors. Client Support: Conduct site visits to support client needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with their requirements. Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for e-Tenders and Local Authority quotes, primarily using e-Tender platforms. Fieldwork Focus: Concentrate efforts on fieldwork, with minimal administrative responsibilities, to maximize client interaction and business development. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve account growth and meet performance targets. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Tender Management: Experience in preparing and managing tenders and quotes.
