Their offerings are prominently available across both the European and U.S. markets.


We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to drive the growth and success of our client's brands.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, organizational prowess, and meticulous attention to detail.

The Key Account Manager will be instrumental in nurturing existing client relationships, uncovering new market opportunities, and ensuring sustained brand expansion.

Based in North Dublin/Meath.

On offer

€55k - €65k plus 15% bonus + Health + Pension


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with pivotal retail accounts, achieving set growth targets and aligning efforts with commercial objectives.
  • Assist in strategic planning and forecasting to support commercial objectives and enhance profitability.
  • Identify and exploit trading opportunities to boost sales revenue and contribute to the annual growth strategy.
  • Ensure transparency in sales pipelines, tracking progress through all stages effectively.
  • Develop and implement tailored business plans for clients, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and sales strategies.
  • Oversee daily operational activities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Exhibit a strong customercentric approach, proactively addressing and resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably involving the management of retail or distributor accounts.
  • A solid understanding of the beauty industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proven capability to support sales objectives and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations and an understanding of client needs from start to finish.
