As a Key Account Support Coordinator at Yuno Energy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our commercial client relationships. The Role: In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our most valued accounts, leading the charge in building trust. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with contracts, ensuring compliance with both contractual and regulatory standards, and swiftly resolving any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Providing support to the Key Account Managers. Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships. Assuming ownership of customer issues and ensuring prompt resolution. Coordinating and ensuring contract compliance & commitments are achieved from inbound calls or web leads. Liaising with other departments and third parties in relation to customer issues. Preparation of reports. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate strategies that meet client needs and align with company objectives. Ad hoc duties as required, embracing the dynamic nature of our work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications Previous utilities experience particularly within the electricity or gas area would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Direct customer service experience in a sales-related environment demonstrating effective customer relationship management. Experience of assisting with tenders and quotations. Excellent phone manner with the ability to deal with customers in a calm, tactful and professional manner.
