Join to apply for the Key Accounts Executive role at Enva.Department: Hazardous WasteLocation: CarryduffReporting to: Sales & Logistics Manager (or as directed)Work Pattern: FlexibleThe Key Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing key client and new customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth relating to the management and recovery of hazardous wastes in Northern Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and developing relationships with new leads and existing customers via field sales activity. This will include:Managing inbound leadsReactivating lapsed accountsCold callingMeeting sales targets through the successful closure of leads and opportunities within the pipelinePreparing responses to customer's requests for information and requests for quotations in a timely fashionResolving problems and handling complaints in an efficient and professional mannerActively documenting & maintaining accurate client records, prospecting, sales activities and site visits using a CRM system.Deal with the administration of sales enquiries for the division and to manage these appropriately, preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts.Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams, liaising with operations and other stakeholders to ensure excellent level of customer serviceCompleting weekly updates on sales performance through CRMCarrying out all aspects of your role in a safe and compliant manner, with the HSE requirements of sales and projects at the forefront, in line with company procedures.Keeping up to date with market changes and competitor activity while delivering sales initiative and campaigns to ensure we remain competitive.Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseDesired: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar roleIT Proficient, including experience with CRM software and MS products (Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)Full, Clean Driving License as travel will be required.Core CompetenciesDemonstrate effective communication, networking and business relationship building with all stakeholders which include Customers, suppliers, your team and senior management.Demonstrate sound understanding of customers needs and expectations and using this to generate new business, improve policies, process and overall service.Demonstrate effective sales and negotiation skills.Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and as part of the wider team.The above description is a general outline of the requirements of the role.
