The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer-facing skills, and a proven track record in kitchen sales. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Proactively generate customer leads and inquiries by engaging with potential customers. Client Consultation: Meet with customers to fully understand their kitchen, utility, and fitted furniture requirements. Creative Solution Generation: Understand customer needs and generate creative ideas and solutions that fulfill their requirements, introducing new kitchen and storage concepts as needed. Kitchen Design: Design kitchens using our specialized software, ensuring that all customer preferences are replicated and included. Sales Support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by creating inspiring computer-aided plans/designs and producing accurate quotations in line with their budget. Professional Presentation: Present designs and pricing information to customers in a professional manner. Customer Assistance: Address any additional customer questions and take personal responsibility for resolving customer issues pre-sales and post-sale in a timely manner. Sales Management: Manage the sale through the entire ordering and delivery process. Showroom Maintenance: Maintain showroom standards to ensure it is well-presented at all times. Essential Competencies: Teamwork and Networking: Ability to effectively work within a team and network with others. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills to build and maintain client relationships. Sales Skills: Demonstrated strong sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Learning Agility: Ability and willingness to learn new concepts and techniques.
