Job Description

We are seeking a reliable full-time Kitchen Porter and Van Driver to join our team.

This role involves a balanced workload, with some days dedicated to van driving and other days focusing on kitchen porter duties, ensuring both efficient kitchen operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
Van Driver Duties Load and unload the van for deliveries.

Drive the van to our shop locations in Dublin 2, Dublin 4 and Dublin 8 Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.

Kitchen Porter Duties Assist chefs with food preparation, setup, and cleanup.

Wash cookware, utensils, cutlery, and other kitchen items.

Empty rubbish bins and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

Keep kitchen workspaces, floors, shelving, and food storage areas clean and organised.

Adhere to HACCP guidelines and follow a regular cleaning schedule.

Requirements:
Flexibility to work across a 7-day week.

Valid EU drivers license (The role requires the candidate to be over 23 years old due to van insurance requirements) Strong commitment to cleanliness and organisation.

Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and guidelines meticulously.
