Part-time Kitchen Porter The Samuel The Samuel Hotel team isseeking a Kitchen Porterfor an exciting opportunity within our kitchen team.
This vacancy is based on a casual contract: Working hours may vary depending on the business needs.Ideal for students and candidates who are available to work only a few days per week.
Objective of the Role Reporting to the Head/Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porterwill support the kitchen team in maintaining hygiene andcleanliness levels in the kitchens.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintaining a supply of clean ware,cooking ware andkitchen utensils at all times.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
Work alongside the team to maintain HACCP standards.
The ideal candidate would have/be:
Previous experienceworking in a kitchen (or at least a strong interest/passion for food andworking in a kitchen).
Flexiblein working hours as role includes mornings, evenings & weekends.
Ability to work as part of a team andon own initiative when required.
