Overall Purpose of the Job We want to speak with motivated people interested in working with a sustainable, well-sourced and planet-focused Catering Company. The ideal candidate will have a good level of English, a willingness to learn good food practices & work within a team in an often lively environment. Full on-the-job training will be provided, and the role comes with daytime, Monday to Friday working hours; however, availability to work Monday to Sunday and during evenings and weekends is also necessary. Main duties and responsibilities Ensuring a clean & safe kitchen environment. Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment. Carry out all cleaning duties according to the cleaning rota. Ensuring all crockery and cooking utensils are stored on clean shelves and in clean cupboards / drawers. Ensuring that all storage areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness. Qualifications and Experience Experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary. Ability to multi task Works well under pressure.
