A leading law firm in Dublin seeks a Knowledge Lawyer to join its Corporate Group.
The successful candidate will work with a highly experienced team on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Knowledge partners and fee-earners on knowledge management initiatives
- Assisting with technical and practical legal issues for clients and fee-earners
- Developing and maintaining precedents
- Capturing and disseminating relevant legal knowledge
- Exploring emerging technologies to enhance knowledge delivery and legal services
- Participating in internal and external training initiatives and industry events
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor/Barrister with 4+ years of post-qualification Corporate/Commercial experience
- Keen interest in legal knowledge, learning, and development
- Commercial focus and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities
- IT literacy and interest in leveraging technology
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
