A leading law firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join their Corporate Group in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team on corporate transactions.
The Corporate Group is a leading practice in Ireland, providing advice to domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technology, financial regulation, corporate advisory, and competition law.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working with the Knowledge partner and fee-earners on knowledge management initiatives.
- Assisting fee earners and clients with technical and/or practical legal issues.
- Developing position papers, toolkits, and legal know-how.
- Maintaining and producing new precedents.
- Capturing and disseminating relevant legal knowledge.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister with 4+ years of post-qualification Corporate/Commercial experience, a keen interest in legal knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
They will be able to think creatively and strategically, drive innovation and change, and leverage technology to improve the knowledge offering.
