A leading law firm in Dublin seeks a Knowledge Lawyer to work on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and competition law.
The Corporate Group is a leading practice in Ireland, providing advice to domestic and international clients on corporate transactions. The group is a broad practice area, supporting fee earners who provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, technology, financial regulation, corporate advisory, and competition law.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working with the Knowledge partner and fee-earners on knowledge management initiatives, capturing tacit knowledge in significant corporate and M&A transactions.
- Assisting fee earners and clients with technical and practical legal issues, developing position papers, toolkits, and other legal know-how.
- Developing and producing new precedents, maintaining precedents, and capturing and disseminating relevant legal knowledge.
- Ensuring the Corporate Group is on top of emerging technologies that support the delivery of Corporate knowledge and legal services.
- Participating in internal and external training initiatives and industry events.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister with 4+ years of post-qualification Corporate/Commercial experience, with a keen interest in legal knowledge, learning, and development. They will have commercial focus, business acumen, excellent communication skills, and IT literacy.
