Job Description
- An excellent opportunity for a Knowledge Lawyer to join a leading law firm's Corporate Group in Dublin.
- Work on a highly experienced, collegiate, and innovative team.
- Support fee earners on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, technology, financial regulation, corporate advisory, and competition law.
- Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate on knowledge management initiatives, capturing tacit knowledge in significant transactions.
- Assist fee earners and clients on technical and practical legal issues, developing position papers and toolkits.
- Develop and maintain precedents, capturing and disseminating relevant legal knowledge.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies to enhance knowledge delivery and services.
- Participate in internal and external training initiatives and industry events.
- Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor/Barrister with 4+ years of post-qualification Corporate/Commercial experience.
- Keen interest in legal knowledge, learning, and development.
- Commercial focus, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- IT literacy and interest in leveraging technology to improve the knowledge offering.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and drive innovation and change.
