Join our team and make an impact by providing part-time L2/3 Saviynt Engineer support, leveraging your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, incident management processes, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for the Saviynt IAM system
Administer user access, manage user IDs, and handle password management
Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Saviynt IAM platform
Execute tasks related to aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules, and roles
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in supporting and managing the Saviynt IAM platform
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user access, roles, workflows, and security best practices
Familiarity with incident management processes and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
