Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a part-time L2/3 Saviynt Engineer to join our team.

You will support our Saviynt Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, providing hands-on configuration, management, and troubleshooting support.
A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for the Saviynt IAM system, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
Administer user access, manage user IDs, and handle password management for Provider-operated systems.
Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests for applications.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Saviynt IAM platform, including hands-on configuration and management.
Execute tasks related to aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules, and roles.
Perform day-to-day operations and production support of IAM systems, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IAM solutions and align with compliance needs and best practices.
Manage the ticket lifecycle from detection to remediation, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Stay updated with security vulnerabilities, attacks, and mitigation strategies.
Assist in preparing business-required reports and updating documentation to reflect platform changes.
Interface with customers to mitigate security incidents and support on-site teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in supporting and managing the Saviynt IAM platform.
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including user access, roles, workflows, and security best practices.
Familiarity with incident management processes and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with customers and team members.
