The programme places full-time analysts, technicians, scientists and technical support personnel managed by Eurofins directly at the client facility to provide long term staffing needs while maintaining the same services, expertise and cGMP compliance available at the Eurofins facility.Job DescriptionPrinting and giving labels to manufacturing.Samples coordination from other sites and/or the central lab.Sample retrieval from warehouse.General responsibilities:Logging samples & overall management of the tracker.Preventative maintenance.Short term versus long term storage of sample management.Liaise with Maintenance for calibrations and movement of samples when required.Ordering of racks for freezers.Updates to Job Cards.Notification to alarm responders when MSAT activity with freezers ongoing.Follow up on alarms and request QBAS trends when required.Coordination and management of sample shipping.Audit Ready in case MSAT freezers ever got pulled.Training of MSAT personnel on use of freezers and freezer management.Picking samples up from manufacturing.Aliquoting and adding the label to the vials.Placing in agreed freezer location.MSAT freezer alarm monitoring on QBAS.Management of samples through the laboratory.Coordinating and carrying out sample pulls, ensuring accuracy in all sample movement, and aliquoting as required.Responding to ad-hoc requests for sample pulls and information relating to sample management.Administration of documentation with reference to samples, i.e. receipt of external sample results and entry onto LIMS.Reference material inventory management.Generating reports from environmental monitoring and water analysis data.Maintaining all documentation and systems related to their work in collaboration with the client personnel and their suppliers.Generation of certain quality and business related metrics.Assisting laboratory analytical personnel as required.Keeping their training records up to date and initiating training where possible when free from work.Adhering to all company standards in the area of safety, housekeeping and quality.Ensure that all documentation is carried out on time, accurately and legibly.Providing cover for other members of the PSS Team as required.To be constantly aware of the clients requirements and strive to meet or exceed those requirements.To identify and communicate to PSS Management areas for improvement or optimisation.As with all members of staff, this person is responsible for ensuring that the client requirements are fully met and will be flexible to work in any area of the business as required.QualificationsA third level qualification in a scientific discipline.At least 1 year GMP experience in a laboratory environment.Good team player.Good communication skills both internally and externally.Good organisation of work space and time management.Additional Information*This is an opportunity to join Eurofins on a full-time permanent basis.*Benefits of pension contribution, medical insurance, health insurance and bonus are included in the package.*Eurofins Management and Team on client site for support.*Opportunity to get to know fantastic people and be part of a great team.Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
