Job Description

Lab Systems Support Engineer: Ensure reliability and compliance of Laboratory Systems, providing front-line support, troubleshooting system errors, and collaborating with vendor/global teams for resolution.

Our specialist engineering teams have the aptitude to deliver and support Pharma 4.0 architectures and solutions covering all IT, OT and IoT applications, infrastructures and services. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage day-to-day issues on validated Analytical Laboratory Systems • Maintain incident ticket queue and resolve issues in a timely manner • Support Maintenance and User Administration of local Laboratory applications • Provide front-line support (level 1) to labs • Troubleshoot system errors and collaborate with vendor/global teams for resolution • Act as main point of contact on site for Laboratory System Helpdesk • Provide system access to vendors • Support system content deployment and end user training **Requirements:** • Experience in the support of IT applications • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7 & Windows Server 2003/2008) • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment • Ability and flexibility to perform all other job-related and ad-hoc duties as required **About Cognizant:** Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH) engineers modern businesses to improve everyday life.
