Senior Landscape Architect Our client is a boutique award-winning architecture and landscape architecture practice, in existence since the 1950s. Projects are highly diverse in typology, scale and geographic range. Projects include: exciting regeneration and mixed-use developments in Ireland and UK, large scale international master planning projects in Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, hotels and resorts in the Mediterranean, all pushing the boundaries of sustainable design. The successful candidate will have the following: A recognised qualification in Landscape Architecture or Architecture 8+ years experience with a portfolio clearly showing an aptitude for construction detailing. Extensive experience in conceptualisation, detailed design, construction detailing & tender documentation Required software skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite & MS Office (SketchUp & Lumion advantageous) The ability to lead multiple projects at any one time Site experience including dealing with design- & construction members is essential Ability to mentor, take instruction, delegate & work on own initiative Experience of compiling, writing and reviewing reports at all stages of design process.
