L&D Programme Designer


Are you an L&D professional with proven experience in designing, developing & implementing L&D programmes & curriculums? Our client, a highly successful strategic & internationally focused business consultancy, have now engaged with us in CPL on an exclusive basis to hire for this newly created role that has come about due to continued expansion of business levels both in Ireland & internationally.

The Job:


Reporting to the Director of L&D, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing/developing & implementing L&D programmes & curriculums for their corporate & multinational client base.


More specifically you will be tasked with analysing client specific L&D needs & undertaking scoping activities, developing bespoke L&D programmes, learning curriculum planning, implementing timelines & milestones for learning initiatives, managing resources & budgets, cultivating strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are adhered to & reporting to leadership teams on current industry as well as future trends in the L&D space.


Your Skills/Experience that we need:

  • 3rd level degree qualified, or above, in HR, Org Development, L&D or a related discipline.
  • 34+ years experience in a L&D role primarily focused on programme or curriculum design & development.
  • Proven experience in managing projects & timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to build relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong IT & business data analysis skills.

The Offer:


This position is being offered as an initial 9 month contract but with expectation for long-term or permanent in early 2025.

Salary is depending on skills/experience but expected to be range up to approx. 50-55k+ benefits including pension, health care & 7-8% annual bonus.


This role will be a hybrid mix of 2-3 days in-office & the balance working from home/remote so could also suit candidates who are based outside the immediate Limerick city region.

Candidates on restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
