We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning experiences to drive employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine, design, and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Design and deliver innovative learning experiences, manage learning projects, and facilitate learning modules.

Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement of our L&D programs and ensure data-driven and impactful results.

Develop, plan, and provide learning and development interventions in line with Sysco strategy, organisational development, and employee needs.

Partner with training vendors on scheduling, attendance, and evaluation of training events.

Ensure statutory and required training needs across all business functions are planned for and executed to schedule.

Partner with HR and business leaders in the design and build of an organisation-wide Graduate programme.

Liaise with HR and relevant business stakeholders on planning, designing, and delivering effective on-boarding solutions for new hires.

Support colleagues in the development and release of user-generated content in line with content design guidelines.

Review and evaluate learning and development interventions to continuously improve and ensure quality of content and delivery.

Responsible for the administration and maintenance of LXP, generating reports, and facilitating learning interventions as needed.
Requirements:
-
Degree in a relevant field, e.g., HR, L&D.

5+ years directly related experience in instructor-led training, facilitation, project management, talent, and/or learning and development.

Awareness of relevant content areas, including management, leadership, organisational development, adult learning theory, and human resource development.

Fluent in use of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven problem-solving and organisational skills with a structured way of working.

High self-motivation, flexibility, reliability, diligence, and initiative.
