From the exceptional service at the check-in counter to the departure gate, and even behind the scenes making sure your checked bags arrive with you, our Airport Operations team keeps operations at our airports running smoothly every single day. Job Overview and Responsibilities Lead, direct and coach UA personnel (CSRs) Work in Airport Lobby, Gate, and Baggage Service office Supervise ramp for all United flights and ensure vendor compliance with all security requirements and regulations Meet, board flights, and assist customers wherever required Perform back office administration and ensure smooth and professional service to our customers, both internal and external Ensure availability of vendors and compliance with all security and safety requirements and regulations Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent school leaving certificate 2-3 years previous work experience in airport operations Proven track record of reliability Professional image and appearance Strong communication skills Conflict resolution and decision making, with the ability to lead Fluency in English (written and spoken) Flexible approach to work standards and duties Public contact/customer service experience Ability to live and work in Ireland without visa sponsorship or support Ability to work any shift/any day including holidays, weekends, and/or nights in a 24-hour operation Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred Bachelor's Degree Working knowledge of the region International GSC qualified Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT #J-18808-Ljbffr
