Lead Architect sought for architectural practice in Mayo, Ireland, to lead design team and oversee project delivery.
An experienced Architect is required to progress in their career and take on a leadership role.
Key responsibilities include design development, contract administration, site meetings, and stakeholder liaison.
Requirements:
- Professional membership to RIAI or RIBA
- 10 years post Part III experience as a Registered Architect
- Previous experience in medium to large scale commercial developments
- Proven success in delivering projects to agreed milestones
- Good working knowledge of current building and planning legislation
- Site experience in Ireland
- Stakeholder management experience
- Previous experience leading and mentoring a team
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong project management experience
- Recent architectural experience in Ireland or UK
