Job Description
As a Lead member of the Design Department, you will contribute to engineering excellence for high-tech markets. Lead the Architectural Team, balancing resources and services while maintaining professional standards. Develop architectural standards and solutions, manage risk, and support business objectives. Work closely with business development and sales teams, encouraging inter-disciplinary working and contributing to project teams. Ensure team members comply with health, safety, and environmental protection. Develop effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Quality Assurance procedures. Provide a professional and high-quality service with at least 10 years of professional experience and 5 years in a senior management role. Requirements include registration with the Architects Registration Board and membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects. A self-motivated, rational thinker with good motivational skills is required, able to communicate with all disciplines and manage people, processes, and time.
