Lead BIM Coordinator (M&E)Dublin€80-90k Our client is an M&E contractor who are undergoing continuing growth as they continue to win major work and as a result, are recruiting for a BIM Coordinator able to implement their integrated building information modelling services and drive improvements in the design quality. Using your excellent technical and team leadership skills, you will be leading a team producing designs and associated deliverables, overseeing projects from inception to hand over. Responsibilities Take a lead role in the design and documentation Monitor the agreed workflows and modelling techniques that are used in projects Develop concept design and revise existing engineering drawings from specific sketches or layouts Adhere to company and client drafting standards and procedures, and development of those standards when required Research solutions to project concerns and present solutions to design problems Requirements Degree in a related subject Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lead role within an M&E Design Team Knowledgeable in current building regulations and H&S legislation A passion for design, a commitment to excellence and a focus on continuous improvement on both a personal and divisional level A high level of attention to detail and the ability to stay focused Excellent organisational skills able to prioritise your own work, deliver on time and delegate effectively For more information please feel free to contact Steve on .
