Job Description
Lead the detailed civil engineering design of pavements, underground drainage and utilities, and earthworks for site development works on large industrial projects.
- Proactively coordinate with project managers, design disciplines, construction management team, contractors and clients.
- Manage the timely delivery of the civil engineering design to an excellent standard.
- Carry out periodic inspections of the works on site for quality and BCAR purposes.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the civil engineering department.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Masters would be an advantage.
- Chartered with Engineers Ireland or similar body.
- Minimum 10 years' experience with at least 5 years' experience in the detailed design of large industrial projects in the pharmaceutical, data centre or oil & gas sectors.
- Proficient with the use of Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Micro Drainage and Auto TRACK.
- Additional experience in the use of Revit would be an advantage.
