Lead Counsel Labor Job In Dublin

Lead Counsel, Labor & Employment, EMEA: Provide strategic advice and counsel to ER and HR teams across EMEA on employee-related issues, including performance management, reorganisations, internal investigations, and employment policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice and counsel to ER and HR teams across EMEA on a broad range of employee-related issues.
• Draft and revise employment-related agreements and policies, including offer letters, severance agreements, and employee handbooks.
• Partner with internal teams to build processes and playbooks for recurring employee-related matters.
• Support employment litigation as necessary.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in labor and employment law.
• Qualified lawyer in at least one EMEA jurisdiction with strong academic credentials.
• Experience with labor and employment law in EMEA, including performance management, compliance, and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with coordinating and driving to completion large-scale projects.
