Meta is looking for a dynamic, flexible, team player to serve as Lead Counsel, Labor & Employment, EMEA, on the Employment Law & Investigations team.
This position will be based in Dublin or London but will be responsible for EMEA-wide employment law support.
Providing strategic advice and counsel to our ER and HR teams across the region on a broad range of employee related issues including performance and disciplinary matters, reorganisations, internal investigations, future of work programs, compensation and benefits, corporate transactions, and employment policies and procedures.
Drafting and revising employment related agreements and policies including offer letters, severance agreements, confidentiality agreements, employee handbooks, and other employment related documents.
Partnering with internal teams to build processes and playbooks for recurring employee-related matters.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to provide practical advice and bring strategic and scalable solutions.
Experience with coordinating and driving to completion large-scale projects.Now, Meta is moving beyond 2 D screens toward immersive experiences like augmented and virtual reality to help build the next evolution in social technology.
