Lead Data Platform Engineer
Summary
Lead Data Platform Engineer sought with 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, strong expertise in Databricks, and knowledge of Java, Spring, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and optimization of data platforms and systems
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to meet business needs and technical standards
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs, and experience with data warehouse and data lake concepts and architectures
- Guide and delegate work to Jr and mid-level Engineers
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Extensive experience in Databricks
- Expert knowledge of Java and design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
