As a Lead Developer, you will lead the development team to create high-quality websites and web apps that meet both the client's specifications and the company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the development team to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive adoption of new technologies to enhance product functionality and development efficiency.
- Foster continuous improvement through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and feedback.
- Ensure successful project delivery on time, within scope, and budget, managing risks and resolving issues.
- Enhance team's technical capabilities through mentoring and facilitating professional development opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
- Advocate for technical excellence, scalability, and maintainability in web development.
Requirements:
- A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years in agency environment or similar industry.
- 5+ years of strong technical background with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, WordPress, Laravel).
- Strong collaboration skills and visual culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in fintech/crypto industry will be highly valued.
